 New Rock 107.3 is auctioning the last remaining tickets to the California Festival of Beers in Avila Beach on May 24th!
IMPORTANT: This is a live auction. The maximum bid you enter will become the current bid. For example, if the current high bid is $300, and you place a bid of $350, the new current bid will be $350. If the next person bids $375, the new current will be $375. Unlike many eBay auctions, your bid will not automatically raise up to your maximum bid. Instead, the bid you enter will become the current bid.

Here's how the auction works:
Each day, New Rock 107.3 will begin a new auction for tickets to The California Festival of Beers and the Connoisseur Tasting event. With each auction, 100% of the money raised will benefit Hospice of SLO County, a non-profit organization.
Auctions may be of any length of time. Listen to New Rock 107.3 to announce when the next auction will take place. Become a New Rock 107.3 VIP to receive an e-mails with all of the information on when the auctions will occur. There may be more than one auction active at a time. You may bid on as many auction items as you like.
You must register for an account with the auction site, bidcentralcoast.com, to be eligible to bid on any item. During the registration process you will receive an e-mail to verify your information. For security purposes, you must verify your account before it becomes active. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your bulk or junk folders.
All winning bids must be settled via Paypal within 24 hours of the end of the auction.

Admission for two (2) to the California Festival of Beers on Saturday, May 24th, including entrance into the sponsor tent, which will have food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Admission for two (2) to the exclusive Connoisseur Tasting event on Friday May 23rd!
The 22nd annual California Festival of Beers will feature an even larger selection of great beers than before, with over 100 brews, as we well as a wide array of food and musical entertainment, including live performances from the bands Still Time and Mad Caddies.
At the Connoisseur Tasting event, you will get to taste some of Firestone Walker Breweries’ greatest reserve beers, as well as enjoy spectacular gourmet food by Chef Wendy Wickstrom. Also featuring a sneak preview acoustic show by the band Still Time.
The Connoisseur Tasting event will be held Friday, May 23rd, 2008 at the Avila Beach Golf Course and Resort from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The California Festival of Beers will take place Saturday, May 24th, 2008 at the Avila Beach Golf Resort from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tickets for both of these events are sold out. Retail value for this package is $300
Who does it benefit?
100% of the net proceeds from this auction, as well as the event, benefit Hospice of San Luis Obispo County, which has been serving the community as a volunteer hospice since 1977. Hospice of SLO County provides volunteer support, education, and counseling to those living with life-threatening or terminal illness, their families and the bereaved.
